Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on candles that have been used, burned, or are missing the original packaging.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £35, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
